Pricing FAQ
Credits are OmniVid's universal currency for video generation. When you submit a video generation task, the estimated credits are pre-deducted from your balance. If the video is generated successfully, the credits are permanently deducted. If the generation fails, the pre-deducted credits are returned to your account in full.
Credit costs vary by model and mode. Seedance 2.0 Fast uses 70 credits/sec (140 with reference video), while Seedance 2.0 uses 100 credits/sec (200 with reference video). Some future models like Sora 2 use flat per-generation pricing. Check the detailed pricing table above for exact rates.
Subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Ultimate) renew monthly or yearly and include bonus features like priority queue, no watermark, and commercial licensing depending on your tier. One-time credit packs never expire and give you credits without a recurring commitment — perfect for occasional use or topping up.
One-time purchased credits never expire. Subscription credits are allocated each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next period, so we recommend choosing a plan that matches your expected usage.
Only subscription plans can be upgraded. Downgrades are not supported for any plan. To upgrade, purchase a higher-tier subscription or one-time credit pack, then send both your new order ID and original order ID to [email protected] — we will process a full refund for your original order. Please note that refunds do not include payment platform processing fees (such as transaction fees and refund fees). If the original order is a monthly subscription, only the current month's fee will be refunded. If the original order is an annual subscription, the refund will be prorated based on unused credits.
